With all of the Pinterest-friendly moments that may pop up through your wedding day ( no shade on Pinterest; please share these photos on Pinterest), it can be easy to forget about the main reason why you’re there. Is it to celebrate with all your favorite people around you? Heck yes, it is. But it’s also to say your vows and to proclaim that you two have chosen to be legally bound to one another, for all the rest of your days. I love wedding ceremonies, and this season my couples went all out to make their wedding ceremonies unique. They included their pets, had adorable flower girls and ring bearers, chose stunning decor, and found personal ways to tweak wedding traditions to represent their lives together. From hand-fasting to church ceremonies, my couples said “I Do” everywhere from the shores of Lake Michigan, to deep inside wineries. Every single ceremony was special, unique, and beautiful.
